The Community Insights team is excited to hear about your upcoming custom study.

We have a few short questions for you to fill out. If you'd like more background information on each question, please refer to the “more information” links provided next to each question. If you need assistance at any time while filling out this form please reach out to your dedicated customer success manager.

For your reference, Community Insights studies typically last around 5-10 minutes or 15-25 questions. Respondents have the ability to take studies on either a computer (desktop & tablet) or smartphone device. Community Insights allows for outreach to either online consumer panelists or patient provided lists. Patients are sent a branded email invitation to take the study with an opt-out option (patient provided lists typically see on average a 2%-5% response rate). The Community Insights team suggests a minimum sample size of at least 100 respondents for any study.

Community Insights studies have the flexibility of using patient lists, donor lists, employee lists, and of course our consumer panels!
Please specify which market(s) defined in your Market Insights tool that you would like to field in, or specify a new market. Community Insights studies using consumer panel can target respondents at the city, zip code, or county level.
Let us know if any screener questions are required to help hone in on the right audience. (e.g. if respondents should be of a certain gender, age, insurance type, etc.)
