FutureCare of North Carolina, Inc., is a not-for-profit organization established by the North Carolina Health Care Facilities Association (NCHCFA) with a mission to foster and promote innovations to improve the quality of care and services in skilled nursing facilities.

FutureCare a not for profit established by the North Carolina Health Care Facilities Association (NCHCFA) has partnered with NRC Health and Drive to provide 3 annual employee experience assessments to measure employee satisfaction and a series of inspiring and actionable virtual leadership training webinars for all participating SNFs at no cost to them. Drive's webinars help foster exemplary leadership and address recruitment and retention issues through culture-driven strategies that work. We hope that you will participate in the survey and all of the webinars.
